Puts a halt to Trump' s travel ban on 7 predominantly Muslim nations.

Next: the constitutionality of the ban at the Supreme Court. He will lose there, too. Now, if the appeal would have been held at the 4th Circuit Court based in VA, perhaps a different outcome would have been realized.
