Call it an extreme stance on solving/extinguishing the shabaab ants, but I think if the government can just find out the families of these attackers (this will take some intel gathering), arrest them, and publicly execute (broadcasting it online), Muqdisho might just sleep peacefully atlast. The hard bit is the intel gathering itself especially when all that is available is shredded pieces of flesh from the attacker and the possibility of even locating shredding pieces of he/she's id such as passports, license assuming they carry these at the time is incredibly slim.
The point is why should the families of these scum allowed to live when someone else was widowed, orphaned, lost a sibling etc as a result of being an accomplice?
