Jesus, none of this stuff was in Snowden's dump though that was all NSA shit, which means the CIA is running their own mass surveillance program as well. This is crazy, what branch of US intelligence isn't breaking the law?

WikiLeaks stresses how the CIA had created, in effect, its "own NSA" with even less accountability and without publicly answering the question as to whether such a massive budgetary spend on duplicating the capacities of a rival agency could be justified.
