There aren't any well-built, functioning primary and secondary schools. There aren't any good roads in the region. There aren't any social institutions in the region to handle the basic services of everyday life in the region. YET, they built a UNIVERSITY. Who the fuck is going to attend this university? Over 95% of the people in Sanaag are illiterate. The money should've been spent into building more roads to help transportation of goods and people in and out of the region.

There are Three primary and Elementary schools in Badhan and four high school.
I agree saanag needs more roads, and thats were the ceel-dahir ceerigabo road comes in, the road will connect saanag bari with the rest of puntland and somalia and this will benefit the region as a whole

Puntland literacy rate is 72%

Also Qardho is the city with the best education in Somalia. Schools in Qardho are british approved so Puntland is pretty good at providing quality education

Its business...the idea is to cash in on poor peoples hope....diaspora sends 50 dollars so kid can attend bullshit university that does not teach nothing usefull....100 kid×50$×12month=60000$ simple its like trump university....if there is no recognized goverment auditing that university then its bullshit.
I hope they atleast learn something useful.
