Thanks to Berbera though, UAE increased aid for Somalis and is running one of its largest humanitarian campaigns ever.



Funny how southerners were trying to block Berbera-deal but they happy to eat what came with it. If UAE attentions won't in Berbera I doubt they would know anything about the droughts.
