Where does hawiye have regions in ogadenia?

It really depends, like the EU membership, one has to meet the new standards required.. hawiye have to give up the capital and isaaq have to give up chewing..and darood has to recognise the mejaerteen claim to the kingdom...it's all for the greater good..

somaliland independence will be 26 years soon there will be no one who remembers even the union in hargeisa it makes no sence to a hargeysawi xamar is ur capital he has nevee been there has no association he has no ugandan friends. mogadishu is so far away from hargeysa jabuuti asmara sanca addis are all closer to hargeysa marka for a somalilander makes no sense to him a marexaan who hides inside an ugandan tank inside a hawiye city from an islamist group. is the leader of the people of somaliland who on their turn elected their own leaders and no turkish and ugandan dishes are served in hargeysa restaurants. so they live in 2 different worlds

You need understand that 20 % of Somaliland (Gadabursi from Awdal) supported Siad Barre. And 25 % of Somaliland (Harti from Sool/Sanaag, I am from there) supported Siad Barre. The people who are complaining about Siad Barre are Isaaq (who are 55 % of the population). Most of their politicians were part of Siad Barre's government until the last 5 years, most their population were Siad Barre fanboys. But Siad Barre had a car crash and was never the same since, and Somalia was ruled by his close family who were crazy and stupid.

So there is no such thing as Somaliland, it's only a colonial construct. It didn't exist before the British. The people who wanted Somaliland independence are a minority (maybe 20 %), the first President of Somaliland was against independence, the second President of Somaliland was against independence etc.

If Ethiopia collapsed, then Abdi Iley will be nothing since he only got his legitimacy from TPLF. Most likely everyone will join ONLF or a new Somali group will be formed.
