what they r trying is to make these forces loyal to them by paying them and appointing for them commanders
this army was formed under the TFG sharif, and SFG garguurte so 70% are abgaal

if you mix all these troops in xaafadaha then you can make alot of check points to make for al shabab harder
alshabab dont attack without coordination with the army. they have three groups; agents who bribe the commanders they paid them via cardka xawaalada, these guys send the soldiers somewhere else like muqaayad, marfash to open the way for them. next sahan/ استطلاع car goes there followed by the attackers/ the bombers car from far. if the sahan car sees the troops still there they will tell the bombers to go back and they will call the agent who will call the commander. it happened before a commander who took the money told them fk off but they contacted hormuud and cancelled the money bc its sent by mobile
