Someone tried to convince me to buy there but I would not want to live that far out. i know there are HG there but of the surwalgab variety. If it is not Seybiano or Trepiano I don't feel comfortable.

Sahal adeer good luck. The house is beautiful and make sure to become friends with the Sacad who live there so you can pull the whole Walahaha Beletweyne card if needed.

Have you been to Garasbalay? I saw a new xafaad called New Galmudug that Dhegajuun owns.

Gurey you will be fine with your rer abti. I would not and instead would rather build deeper in Sacad areas

Yeah I remember someone saying warshadaha. One of my cousins refused to come with us :lol:
Lol he was smart. That warshadaha road is filled with shabab
HAG propaganda to keep real estate affordable. I drove all the way past the most dangerous junction near the MOD with no issue but again I was driving a regular passenger car

Propoganda or not the only places i would feel 100% safe in xamar is the Abgaal neighbourhoods and the Sacad ones.
