If you look closely you'll see that they're also wearing riot gears and have other insults on their helmet such as 'Donkey' or 'Dead apes' but what is more interesting is you can clearly see that one ape has a 'Blue' jacket and is standing out of the crowd. So in a nutshell, you've got a police-like group of apes dressed in riot gears defending the world against another group of apes with one wearing a blue jack and another one carrying a little white girl. You have to know white supremacists mind to understand this message, the blue jack ape represents Deray McKesson the leader of the Black lives matter movement, the apes in riot gears are the military police but in this case they reversed the role to make the police the victim. Since the 60s the planet of the Apes franchise has been scaring people that the Negros will take over the country and this is just another of their blatant propaganda.
