as For PL and JL, Govt is receiving the aid directed to their projects and their projects were ready and the rest have to come up with their own projects in the future. baule says its not up to them but to the maamuls readiness and we will di the same for the other maamuls.

so PL had some ministerial plans coasts over $4 million and the SFG has put them forward for the world bank they agreed and send the funds via the govt.

HAGs continue to fail to plan. Unless there is a more top down revolution to get rid of the old guard and replace them with competent technocrats nothing will move forward.

They won't elect a Professor Shirwac technocrat but choose a geriatric Xaaf.

As for the Jebertis, kudos to them. They know how to prepare and plan to milk the donors.
