where did i supported Garguurte? stating how he was treated by the the regions farmaajo hails from is about them not garguurte and im saying we should treat the same way with this president and keep the SFG limited to Xamar. aint against him as some one elected for SFG we wont accept to be controlled by this SFG.

i was reacting to the title and gone too far. OP is on a mission!

i believe SFG should deal the foreign affairs i mean those who agreed on federalism should stay behind the Govt in the foreign contracts, meetings, etc.

what im talking about is the regional SNA/forces. The SNA has been changed from operating in the old system to a new syatem dictated by ethiopia even farmaajo was in addis ababa before london to agree with the new qorshaha amniga

the old system was a russian system that was based on attacking Ethiopia. for example one sector in the north, another in garowe, another in dusamareeb(aaga 21aad) the other in baydhabo(aaga 61naad this puts gedo under baydhabo. Garguurte govt had tried to split gedo from JL based on this equation)

hiiraan and mudug would have been under aaga 21aad

like federalism, Ethiopia has come up with a new strategy says building internal security army for somalia not the old centralized one wich was based on offensive. it says each state should have 3000 forces and the overall number should be 18000. this SNA should have one command(HQ) wich is in Mogadishu but in reality its a regional forces with the same name instead of daraawiish or other names so this command is artificial it has to attend the events, army graduations....

like Garguurte, Farmaajo is still trying to operate within the old system so we got this guy visiting us from aaga 21naad. army commander is HG saruur with mx mum and 21naad another HG so they r cooperating well from mogadishu to regional level and we started following the new security staretegy so we changed our regional HQ to buuloburde as the capital of these 3000 Hiirshabelle SNA.

so i was referring to the old security strategy that we shouldnt let this SFG.

JL army commander koojaar is OG raskambooni, so the hiiraan SNA commander col tawane is from dooxada shabelle maamul, it means their tribal security. our head of regional police is jijeele ex vice president of dooxada but when we were a governorate minority guys used to be sent from xamar.

now as maamulgoboleed, the police becomes under us not the SFG. see article 127 of the constitution

here ahmed madobe naming his police

https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/bc.marfe ... iyo-xilka/

so we dont know why we got this police guy from xamar who got arrested. the police should be nominated by the state.

i hope you get my point; unlike some regions we let the govt for the foreign things im talking about our internal security and state affairs bc we cant trust them.

Puntland has made it clear that it'll rejoin Somalia when it's stable.
We're willing to rejoin if the president is Darood
How you gonna say that when puntland was the one who put the government under xamar?
Farmaajo is already a marexan darood

Farmaajo has to take initiative. If you read OP you'd see me say he should annex the southern states then move on to Puntland and I said that for reason

All this talk of "control" is a fantasy.......the south is in a perpetual state of managed chaos. :)
