what and where is " infrastructure funding" talk on that side? forget about funding President Xaaf of Galmudug already know how long it will take to complete the project, a galmudug official leaked that info to the media from that talk.

the site only said what i wrote that Galmudug President Xaaf meet Chinese government officials which i highlighted in dark from your paste and they talk about building hobyo port they also added what i said which is Guled ex Galmudug President blocked China to build and that is why China government officials are back and talks with the new President Xaaf..
