The Banjo is of African origin, mainly from the Sintir and Ngoni instruments used in Nortwest and West Africa.

The epic of Gilgamesh is written both in Sumerian an Language isolate and Akkadian the oldest known cognate Semitic language. In the sumerian epic of gilgamesh has alot of Akkadian vocab.
