UAE is playing Failmaajo like crazy. They got ministers to publicly break away from Failmaajo and SFG. And then Failmaajo goes to UAE 2 weeks ago and receives very little welcome reception and then gets bluntly told UAE is not backing off Berbera Port , and them UAE leaks news that naval Base will be ready by June

Then Failmaajo overlords Qatar and Turkey decide to drop $200 million on mogadishu to stop Failmaajo embarrassing bootyclapping , BUT UAE is still playing them because all funds are being used in Xamar. The ministers who backed the UAE can now say "see this is why we did this in the first place " and the cycle just continues

All Failmaajo sees is dollar signs. Xamar has been getting pumped with billions of dollars by international community and then some Terrorist just comes and blows it up. Money won't fix Xamar or Zoomalia problems.
