Though I'm not a fan of Wahhabism, this extreme transition by the Saudis really shows how shallow they are as a society. They should have revived and promoted their own pre Wahhabi cultural arts instead of embracing this crap gangsta rap. They have talented singers like the gifted oud player Abadi al Johar and others, who are much better than this rap shit they are screaming for.

At least they had Cheb Khaled.
