Jubaland is one of the best Somali regional states, thanks the current adminstration; There's so many progress relative peace, in Kismayu, Baladhawa, Elwak, Afmadow, Doolow, Bardera, Burdhubo, Luq and Garbaharey, but none of them was happen so called devulution of power, there were no election of counselor one of these peacefully destricts WHY?

Jubaland desperetely needs all peacefully districts to hold an election from grassroots from TUULO, DEGMO ILAA GOBOL right now.

Axmed Madobe and his groupe were failled even to confront agaist Alshabab the berifia of Kismayo every night Alshabab come near Jaamacada Kismaayo. So we need a tengeble, democratic consensus change of POWER.
