Things will change if Eritrea and the Amhara reconcile. The planned meeting to be held in Gondar will be very symbolic of that. Amhara already feel back in power without actually putting one of their own faces in Menelik Palace. Just like Haile Selassie, they feel Abiye is their own and I believe he is. There is no sign of anything called Oromia as a secessionist state. There is no ban or belittling the flag of Menelik. There is no talk about Oromo injustice or "finfine". There is only Ethiopia.
