Those, in 2004 election who voted to be in Oromo kilil faced the worst atrocities. Cagjar is peace-loving man, but be assured as long as Liyu are there. The alarm bells will start to ring as soon as Oromos try to disperse Liyus, before that be calm and cool-headed.
