The corrupt administration of American Citizen Farmaajo just sold 31 fishing license worth anywhere between 100-450 million dollars to the Chinese for the low price of 1 million dollars.






Adding insult to injury some of the Chinese fishing boats given the license are the same boats fishing illegally for years.
