Personally most oromo activists I know do not want to somehow use dir card as u say or take lands. We've been having disputes over land long before even our parents were born. We historically competed for water and lands. We also married each others people, it wasn't an one sided relationship. The issue wasn't as bad under the derg. Wslf had oromo and Somali leaders and warriors. Only problem is OLF was foolish to let ziad Barre use then against snm, even my father a field commander back then refused to do that.
