I'm mucarad to Mr. Islam's politics. He's too much of a strongman and Jubbaland needs a technocrat but this one of his best speeches and I agree with 99% of what he said about the role of Federalism in Somalia. A strong federal system where the SFG president has guest houses in each federal state capital is a genius move and changing the titles of federal state leaders in the new Dastur .
