The British govt has always been pro Somaliland but it can never officially recognise Somaliland because of Egyptian interest in the region that's why sdf and Somaliland dev coperation are all British support two Somaliland. There is a UK diplomatic office in hargeisa and Somaliland has been using the British embassy In Addis for decades . Surely the British are involved in the Amisom bunker As well . But the British have done a tremendous job in Somaliland no country comes close to the U.K. in terms off assistance or aid or even training the security.
