Out of all people you are thinking of sheikh sharif who sold our seas to Kenya. Seriously you are thinking that Omar sharmarke & abdishakur warsame signed the MOU behind him. Sheikh sharif holds Kenyan citizenship and since Kenya declared Somalia to be enemy country, he cannot hold any government position. This man will auction & signed Jubaland to Kenya.
