Kkkkkk wallahi you guys a deluded. What can you offer to Russia? What geopolitical advantage can you give them for them to want to invest in Somalia. If the UNSC was going to lift the arms embargo they would have done for abdillahi yusuf. The world has a policy of containment with Somalia. Until you take peace with the bantus and the other interriverine communities you'll be indefinatly under bantu stewardship.

Just because the Russian open an.embassy in the bunker doesn't mean any thing they just want their spies there in south . the real intentions of super powers in the horn of africa lies in the bab al mandab strait,

russia plays lip service with xamar aka qaraxweyen,

their eyes are on somaliland coast, like in the 70s and early 80s,

if they want to expand berbera or zaylac ports, they are welcome.

Russia wanted to military base in zaylac we denied them. It’s not in our interest to choose Russia over our close allies UK, UAE, Saudi....

Unlike Somalia who flirts with everyone and everyone somaliland thinks about its own interests first.
