Didn't you previously imply the gov is allied with AS? If so, the gov would unleash AS on Madoobe and his allies. And as someone (including Django) mentioned before, AS is the most powerful entity in Somalia, and Madoobe and his allies wouldn't be able to defeat them.Are you implying nabad and nolol will use terror tactics in Jubaland? Sounds like you are.
Madoobe is in the stronger position, he's got more guns, more soldiers who'll die for him, more backing by the people of the region, and more experience in politics and warfare(if it comes to this).
Why should he negotiate with a government that cannot secure the capital especially when this government has been unwilling to work with him, and from day one, has done nothing but find ways to get rid of him?
