Benadir state will never happen it will tribalize capital and alienate others. Similar to Washington DC being seperate from virginia Benadir must be seperated from any state.

forget about darood we can immigrate to our lands but how about the hundreds and thousands of jareerwayn,digil iyo mirifle people? They surely wont receive any representation when their numbers combined surmount any significant Somali clan in xamar.

Digil midhifle should also go back to their land. Jareer and cadcad can stay in xamar. There skills and service is needed by the hutus.

I think Banadir should be a federal territory that is almost as autonomous as the FMSs are. However it is important Banadir has its fair share of seats in the lower house of the federal parliament and should have the same amount of Senators as each FMS in the Senate.

Yes, Banadir as a federal territory called the 'Banadir Capital Territory'
