Lejusticier i agree with your analysis. Caare is pro Somaliland and doesnt wanna cause it harm at the same Hes symptoms of the underlying problem mainly caused by the inactive of musa goverment. This hard man stance Hes portraying is causing Somaliland harm in the long run.It is entirely possible to admire a person while also hating him?

It's a damn shame this dude abandon his community and started preying on his community rather than protecting and lifting it up. That being said, I would like remind you the reason why Caare left Puntland was that they asked to fight on behalf of the blue flag. They promised to him more troops under him but he disappointed them and clearly said no way I cant abandon my Somaliland principle.
Muse is least corrupt leader so far as he distance himself from so called koofiyad bacle that look for shortcuts in life settling for being predators with no future. But Muse on the other hand will destroy somaliland on his hands. Muse doesn't have strategic plan for Ceebafwein skirmish nor Caare. Each time his sweet talks fools us. Also Muse doesn't stop his minsters with their daily verbal diarrhea. I have also heard no agenda in the the weekly cabinet meeting. Muse start talking randomly while his mainly young and uneducated minsters listen.
