Get authorization from who SFG, tell madoobe to get authorization first before Somaliland which self govnors itself to ask a cluless president for authority.


On the note of Berbera base it might be still going becos logistics is hard to reach Berbera cos everything needs to be sources from outside. We just need news about the updated. This kulmiye goverment should be running the country not going aboard every time. They need to fix up. And sort their priotise
