One of Puntland President’s security personnel that was supposed to protect the regional president’s while he was on a visit to a United Arab Emirates, have disappeared and asked for asylum to stay in that Arab nation, of what some are interpreting as the sad economic realities in region.

For the security personnel, it must have been his first travel to overseas. For him, it's an opportunity that wouldn't recur. Such a personnel in other maamul goboleeds (i.e SL, JL, etc) would do the same.
