the only Nabar iyo Naxdin National achievement i support is decentralization since they dont control the regional capitals they created this win win situation and since we dont have the capital wich is Jowhar our mps will be elected in baladweyne. this is called maamul daadajin. during the road map entire regions were gagged from political participation and i think you can guess i dont wanna to cause trouble, subclan mps picked by other powerful subclans. after that there should be golaha deegaanka (council assembly) that elects city mayors.

There is a solution in loosening power. when your gobol elects its federal mps and mayors you will be less dependent on the regional capitals wich means less inter-clan power struggle.
