POLITICAL STABILITY, as in the absence of conflicts or rampant competition between various political parties. This was achieved with good governance, trust, consultation, and respect between the highest officials in the government. HSM had his 3rd PM during this time in his tenure.

I didn't say STABILITY or peace, as that requires more concerted effort, manpower, resources to tackled a deeply rooted, and at times, pervasive entity with local and international ties.
