Being a vassal state would be a come up for Somalia.

Farmajo is willing to be Ethiopia's vassal if it meant that he can, by controlling all states and kill federalism, control Somalia in a centralised autocratic manner the same way Abdi Iley brutally ruled DDSI

I blame Somal political class collectively.
They all sabotage each at every turn and are the main reason we've been a failed state so long.
