The only thing that can keep the ex Italian colony Somalia intact as a single and viable country is copying the UAE model of decentralized federalism and a collegiate executive branch at the national level

Agree with you but Waqooyi is not a united one either in fact it's more divided

The two countries Somaliland and Somalia are opposite to one another in terms of sovereign territorial control. Hargeisa controls well over 80% of the former British Protectorate but Mogadishu on the south hand only controls one region in the former Italian colony and this region is Banadir.

I'm glad you agree with my proposal for (ex Italian) Somalia
