We knew this but now it's official that why i called him powerless Mooge since february 8 !
Beesha Caalamka have told Caretaker Leader Rooble in their last Zoom video conference with him that no more "presidential decrees" since february 8 and that Mooge should not have any more appointment and removal powers and a letter stating this will be singed soon before the shir.

for example read the communique between the dowlad and the qaran dhumis that was made public on the 25th February regarding the incident that took place on the 19th February.
