Farmaajo has come a long way from the early days of his tenure. He's more confident, looks presidential & his command of the language has improved. A practical man who doesn't like the limelight & doesn't speak much. One thing he has proved; a politician doesn't need to be a poet or one with oratorical skills to be an able leader. His opponents greatly underestimated him, and still continue to.

I have said this time and time again. President Farmaajo and his political party is a game changer. It is the Xisbigii Hantiwadagga Kacaanka Somaliyeed, but instead of being allied with the Soviet Union and believing in Marxist-Leninist ideology, Nabad iyo Nolol are aligned with the West and have strong Western Secularist ideology. President Farmaajo is not only playing chess, but he has support from very powerful countries, like the United States, Turkey, Qatar, Ethiopia, Eritrea and now China and Russia will being coming into the game.

Exactly. England and the EU don't want a strong Somalia. In fact, France wants to make sure Djibouti and Somalia do not merge and in order to make sure of that, the EU will not support a Somali government that creates stability, unity and governance in Somalia. It goes against their interests. The US does not share the same interest with the EU when it comes to Somalia.I have said this time and time again. He killed me the part where he said ‘How do you be guests of the International Community in your own Country’![]()

That would be funny, if the country concerned was a sovereign independent functioning country. But, if the international community is paying for your wages, army, safety, defensive, the administration of your country. Then yes, they have every right to treat you however they like.He killed me the part where he said ‘How do you be guests of the International Community in your own Country’![]()
