Somaliland is the true hooyada federalka. They showed the rest of the states in Somalia what it means to be autonomous and stable state. In time they will also see the benefits of being fully part of federal system in Somalia.

Integrating Somaliland into the federal system will be a a major challenge for the next government. Also with debt reduction, Somaliland will need Somalia in order to get loans for development projects.
