Jubbaland should be renamed Adal State when the real process starts to build the real, inclusive state.

Postby Gubbet » Thu Jun 17, 2021 4:29 am

Jubbaland is the NATURAL heir to Adal.

It is home to the descendents of the largest contingent of its glorious vanguard directly so noted 500 years ago.

It is home to the descendents of Goita Hirabu, the Emir of the Somali tribes directly so named.

it is home to the descendents of Emir Nur ibn Mujahid, the 2nd Conqueror directly described in over 100 years of the primary International scholarship.

It is home to the memory, the legacy, and the naturally flowing blood still sustaining the living memory of its existence.

When the Holy Roman Empire moved to Byzantium in Asia Minor calling it Constantinople, its response to the critics of the move from Rome was;

ROME IS WHERE THE FREE FLOWING ROMAN BLOOD LIVES

ADAL IS WHERE THE FREE FLOWING ADALI BLOOD LIVES

I see you have moved onto intermediate propaganda level by creating your own sources.
"the tribe of merrean was the onethat fought more vigorously than all the others on that day"
Yet inority status in Galmudug and JL. As well as galdogob being same size as Abudwak.

Darod claiming adal state is like African Americans claiming to be ancient Egyptians.

What is giving the darod inferiority complex and forcing them to claim false history is the fact dir and isaaq had Adal kingdom while in the south the ajuuran and hawiye had ajuuran sultanate. Nothing in what is nowaday bosaso/lascanood/cabudwaaq

I find this level of shoddy ignorance unexpected from you and the only way to explain it under the circumstance is to infer an extraordinary resentment caused by the topic has impaired your judgement.

The point of "sources" isn't decorative motif.

It is to "reference."

So why don't you go take the source and you look at the reference it identifies.

The only thing created here is your lazy ignorance.

My question to you is that you have doctored that image correct ?

The question is ridiculously irrelevant. You asked if that image is doctored? Doctored to what?

You contested the source of the attribution calling it a "created source."

The only source identified anywhere is the reference to what was said about Marehan----and, as any single human being, no matter how old or young, can verify themselves, the source is real and it says exactly the attribution about Marehan referenced above.

I just did a very quick GOOGLE SCHOLAR SEARCH on behalf of your confusion.

Cited is everything required in a citation including page number.

I even translated the Italian book written IN HARAR, IN 1891 for you.

Here is the Google Scholar link ----> https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=e ... zini&btnG=

You are welcome.

Say EVERYTHING else fails, everything---Forget even his physical person, 100% of the legacy of this placeholder in time will either die with Madoobe upon his physical death or it will leave with the Kenyans upon withdrawal with not a single second behind it----not even a single second.

I love how there is only 1 permanent conclusion to Jubbaland and your entire effort is wasted on a mere transitional placeholder in time.

It is like putting so much into an investment that 100% is guaranteed to be going bust by next week.

Fine with me, it's your loss.

Brilliant thread young Idaaja, I support renaming Jubaland, be it Adal, Daawa or another name that speak to our history our essence, keeping the name Jubaland is keeping colonial legacy which since its inception has been riddled with anti-sadetism and is to this very day by the kikuyu adoon madoobe, to keep this name is like Jews keeping German names or naming Israel Auschwitz.

I agree. We are the true royalty of the Somali race, forget Darood itself. As the aristocracy it is fitting to reclaim our birthright

Fantastic!

Then we can agree on a power sharing system where presidential seat rotates every 20 days.

10 years is a long time for a mere transitional placeholder.

Even if Madobe is no longer JL president, he will probably pull a Putin and put his guy in charge. The idea that somehow as soon as Amisom leaves, you will be able to walk in to Kismayo and assume control is wishful thinking.
