First I would like to introduce myself I am Reer Sheikh Muumin the sheikh that is buried in Buurhakaba He Had three children called Aadan, Nuur And Xamud we live Hamarweyne Banadir Burhaka Baidoa And Luuq regions we also had great history in these hinterland as we were once sultans in these areas and their surroundings I also heard that apart of the three children Aadan Nuur And Xamud He had other children in other place which I believe they are Xeer in mudug please see on YouTube tarikhda tanaade my request is forgive me If I made mistake but my point is togetherness we can work out how we are linked to Xeer and their subclans

I heard about some reer muumin Adan living in the south amongst rahanweyn when I went to galkacyo can you explain to me if they have a large population compared to the ones in mudug

Leelkase is a spread out clan due to their religious history you can see the same thing with sheikhal and surre dir all three clans have strong history of teaching the deen that’s why they can be found in many different places leelkase mainly live all over puntland region with the largest population in mudug second being nugaal as you said also some migrated towards rahanweyn I’m trying to do some research on the clan structure and the different deegaans in different areas in Somalia if anybody is knowledgeable on this topic feel free to share

You are right the three clans you mentioned have long manipulated the deen propagation industry, but in recent times, heavy investment on the part of other skinny clans, have allowed them to gain considerable ground in attempt to get 'piece of the pie', as it were, in this very lucrative trade.
