I have no issues with marexaan or any other Somali clan. It’s still early, but farmajo has shown himself to be an astute politician. As Somalis say gal dil gartisana sii. At the same time, his camp is firmly entrenched with the Haiwye (at least for the majority of his tenure), he also hasn't done much for MX as a whole, (Gedo bombing mostly ignored or kept hush hush), he has sidelined them for the most part, so I don't think Farmaajo is operating on qabiil here, which is why I give him the benefit of the doubt.

Agreed, Farmaajo is not stupid, he is of above average intelligence and very crafty when he needs to be, and from his thesis, he has proven to have a deep understanding on geopolitics, I very much doubt he'd do that.
