Inaa Lilaahi wa ina Ilahay raajicuun Engineer Maxamed Cumar

Postby NGM » Thu Sep 02, 2021 9:02 am

He is Rer Hassan ilahay Janatul firdows ha ka waraabiyo, former cabinet member of the first Somali government, among his works is the border demarcation of the new Somali state, and lately the territorial water dispute we have with Kenya.

A Somali hero :som:

A little too late and a little insignificant to be honest but thats a private matter. If Farmaajo goes on neglecting MX he will lose the massive support we give him, he needs to fix up walahi, I agree he is wadani and anti-corruption, but Salixi is a good example of a man who worked for Somali interest and government interest, yet got neglected. I don't expect Farmaajo to be NGM or be like Sacid Shirdoon(traditional friend of qaraabo), but at least take care of those who work for your interest and this Wadani philosophy he is trying to inspire in Somalis.

You are not the family of the deceased. You have a habit of trying to co-opt everything Marehan for your selfish political interests and the odd thing is you seem to think no one is the wiser when everyone here is aware.

Take off the rose tinted glasses, this is Somalia we are talking about a place where the last government was looted and everything including their archives was turned into a private business most of which is controlled by Hawiyo.

Eng Maxamed Omar Salixi had valuable evidence and information regarding the territorial sea disputes and our borders worth Billions, he not only gave it all up for free, but gave his experience up for free by leading the team that went to the ICJ. He was not compensated for any of this, remember we are not talking about a plot of land in Xamarjajab worth a couple thousands, we are talking about an EEC worth Billions of dollars, we are talking about Somalia's territorial integrity, Farmaajo did not even offer to pay Salixi for a Costa much less his expenditures even hotels and travels to the foreign countries related to the job.

As NGM I have to highlight this, I am not disrespecting Salixis legacy, I am challenging Farmaajo and the government lack of support for the man. Its an example of how Old school MX operate, they neglect themselves and MX at a large under the cloak of wadanimo, I am sorry but MX are apart of wadankan. If Salixi wasn't MX Kenya would probably had got their hands on the sensitive material he had, what do we as MX gain from this Kacaan mentality of free service to the state, the state must compensate us for acts like Salixi and also the massive unconditional support we give it.

I have seen no evidence relating to Eng Saalaxi's employment/representation agreements or compensation requirements and outcomes.

Well I am aware and privy to such information, do you need prove my friend ? saxib Farmaajo's base is MX and those we are abtis to, deny it as much as you want but this is the reality, do you thing the thousands of people supporting him on social media and demonstrations are random ? waa talka niyow, Farmaajo need to wake up and smell the coffee, he is about to lose a massive support network. Its unacceptable how he treated Salixi.

the sad part is Farmaajo is the best MX had to offer since Barre Hiiraale, but its not good enough. :|

Your statement "well I do" is without consideration on the merits. I have seen no evidence that you do as such it has no weight in this conversation as anyone would understand.

I generally co-sign to Voltage's pov stated multiple times that Farmajo has done more for Marehan than any leader could have done under the circumstance. I would even add with heroic effort at the expense of a lot of political capital. He does not deserve any impugnment on this issue particularly from within.

Some leaders invest in their society, other leaders invest in politics. Historically Marehan leaders invested in politics whose rewards only went to personalities. Farmajo has chosen to invest in his people.

You have until recently co-signed to this pov as well until the Galmudug Senate Election entanglement for the seat of Caabudwaaq.
