Is Garowe suitable place for election decision

Postby TarTar » Sat Sep 18, 2021 2:45 am

Every1 know about Farole end-run around Sheik Sharif. Governor Deni tryna do that with Farmajo n Roble

I believe farmajo n roble have leverage with 3 or 4 outta tha 5 provinces. Puntland is tha 5th province but they r stealth secesionists. Federalists n centralists need to prevent governor Deni from doing Faraole 2. stealth secessionists tryna play madasha, roble, farmajo, n the other FMS against each other

make governor Deni return to Hamar if he wanna negotiate election. under federal security like last time. if governor deni allowed to have a say in contraversies between marehan, ogaden, n hawiya then farmajo n roble should have a say over SSC seats

Garowe has burned a lot of political capital and alienated its own Darood base. I don’t trust for my soul’s worth. Unless there’s representatives from NN there I doubt much will change

So called Puntland wants to dominate the rest of Somalia I bet but if true they'll fail miserably. All of ex Italian colony Somalia needs a strong federal government just like in India

Bad example. It's the unhygienic country where more than half of its homes lack toilet, one that still employs medieval caste system, discriminates and makes life hard for its Muslim citizens, commits genocide against Kashmiris while at the same time is against the independence of their region, etc.

You're right but by mentioning India I was only thinking about how the central government there is supreme vis a vis the states of India despite that country officially being a federation. India is de facto a unitary state whilst Somalia is de facto a confederation despite both in theory following federalism
