Telling so many countries the IMF and any other organization they can find that they need money for so-called drought but have money to spend on this. We are like Haiti......in perpetual crises, environmental, social, famine, disease, war, terrorism.

Eritrea was able to develop by banning foreign ngos and implementing local development issues.

We have to break free from foreign aid dependency.
