There are two goals behind this government's fight against khawaarijta: 1-first is to protect the Oil companies that will operate in the area they control now
2- to control the security at least in Xamar and the central and southwestern regions in order to continue to rule by force because when you rely on AU and foreign embassies for security, they will dictate you what to do and what not do and this is what happened to the former Governments. can the UPD control or not? This is another issue but if they can then yes!
Add to that the tribal factor.This is a government that is supported by the Xamar and central Somalia majority clans there will be no threat to it like Badbaado qaran.

so according to this, after agreed upon(wadar-ogol ) two years of extensions for Hassan Sheikh by late 2028 they will rig the elections.

in the next NCC meeting in December wich coincides with the end of the Laftagareen term, Gonna make deal with him, QoorQoor and Madoobe to stay for two years and same goes for Hassan Sheikh!

i didn't say indefinitely everything has an end but two terms for sure with two years extension. we will have Govt backed by armed clans and UPD led FMS including JL . Hamza is Candidate to lead it after Madoobe and Kenya and minister Adan Ducaale are supporting him. Hawiye central regions will be free from Al Shabaab by next year. as for Xamar the security will be under local army similar to the gobolada dhexe why? people will protect their ownwrship now is f-king Somaliweyn and Qawleysato.
