(is there a certain punishment a Sister in Islam should recieves for having an abortion ? And, if so who carries out the punishment ?

Once pregnancy is known , it has to be protected and its haraam for the Mother to harm in any Way , because it is a trust which Allah has placed in her Womb , So it is not permitted to treat it badly or to abort it )

This question answers only the mothers role , what about the father of the child and what punishment he will recieve under Islam . I know in Somali culture the father is free , the poor girl suffers most .Even if her family doesn't force to abortion they forced her to marry Uncle Lion_heart she has never met in her life .
