Waraa, leave the Somali Frenchies alone. Someone has to cash up on America's Islamophobia and terrorist Paranoia. They are smart wallee. Setting themselves as a strategic location will earn them some much needed dollars.

Politics makes bed fellows out of strangers. What do you expect then when the world's sole military and economic superpower comes knocking on the door armed with undreamt of kickbacks and promises? For a poor 3rd world country like Jabouti there wasn't too many available options, was there? To fairly assess choices made by others what you have to take into consideration is not only the made choice but also all the other competing options. I think for Djaboutians it was easy, straighforward choice.

Personally I don't approve of letting in foreigner troops into your home unless there is mitigating circumstances.
