IS IT ME OR ARE REER WUQOOYI PEOPLE MORE STUCK UP?

With the exception of the ones that are high on Khaat 24/7, i find Northern Somalis to be stuck up, less humorous and take everything waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too seriously. I'm comparing them to people from Xamar, who are more open and easy going.....i mean on the forum, you can see people who were born and raised in wuqooyi are very similar to somali sijius who are absolutely the biggest Weji Macbuus-es in the world....do u agree? do they need to lighten up?
