Its a "dance" reer baadiyo men perform at weddings.. Looks mad cool and shit walaahey.. I think it was called Ciyaar miyi (I forgot the other name).. But I want to know if any of you know about it.

loool, buranbuur is long and boring. All you do is praise someone or some qabiil to death. We are not that fimiliar with it in the north-west. But it takes creativity and a huge amount of knowlegde about the somali language to do it. Kudos to those women walahi

Every region(or maybe qabiil) has it owns ciyaar. I know one reer laas qorey ciyaaraan. I don't know if all warsengelis do it though. Anyway most reer miyi men perform "saar". Do you know what the word "burur" means?

Ciyaarto waxaa jirto reer shabeellaha ciyaaraan, siiba abgaalka. It is fun ciyaar but I forgot the name of it. When I lived in the shabeellaha back in somalia, me and my brothers used to always go to these ciyaaro just to watch em. Both females and males used to participate...does anyone know the name of this ciyaar. It is similar to dhaanto.
