Postby Gedo_Boy » Fri May 05, 2006 9:16 pm

Hey guys,

just curious if anybody knows what kind of heavy construction equipment is in Somalia if there is any.....

I mean things used to build roads & buildings like excavators, cranes, earth moving equipment etc.

I don't know bro but I know most of the macinary the private companies use is imported from other coutries by way of Dubai. It is usually outdated second hand machinary........are you thinking of going into construction business or are you just curious?

I will quit rolling my eyes when you tell me who that person is in your avatar Laughing

actually, when I was putting that icon on there I remembered the last time you got pissed when I rolled my eyes

no, I'm not really thinking about going into business, but I was thinking having equipment like that would help with the paving of roads and would make the building of structues & houses go much faster.

I was just trying to know how advanced is the construction business in Somalia

Waa xasuusate waxaan ku idhi last time miyaa. Laughing Naagtanu waa atariishad indha yar ah saaxiboow. Listen bro, construction is a really good bizness. You should really think about going into it. I don't know much about the equipment these companies use but my first cousin who is in Kismayo tells me that they used old outdated machines all over Somalia. He travels a lot all over somalia so he would know best. Anyway I don't think there is any nationally owned construction equipment exists.

Well, you have to wait until you are eligible for parole.

Plus, just like in the States, you will have to register as a sex offender.

And you cannot live within 1,000 ft of a school.

Other than that, we could use a few more construction workers.
