alot of anomosity for Sir Barre, But what i understand is that the man was an active president. he certainly had a vision. Galol, i agree with you he made big mistakes, but no one is perfect. No matter what anyone says Siad Barre is still the last active and visionary man we have ever had thus far, i think everyone should give up their qabil antics and admit this truth.
