alot of anomosity for Sir Barre, But what i understand is that the man was an active president. he certainly had a vision. Galol, i agree with you he made big mistakes, but no one is perfect. No matter what anyone says Siad Barre is still the last active and visionary man we have ever had thus far, i think everyone should give up their qabil antics and admit this truth. Somalia was Siad Barre and nothing else, before that it was just another african colony belonging to Britain. We owe more to Barre than Somalis would like to Admit.

what is going on my dear?.. long time no see. i hope you are well. i was in toronto for a while living with one of those relatives who hasn't reached the computer age yet.... BUt don't be surprised with y tribute to Barr, i have a always been an admirer of Siad Barre.
