Shamil Basayev was indeed a great mujaahid and a hero of Islam. May Allah SWT accept him as a shahiid and reward him with jannatul firdaws. Aamiin. And I make same ducaa for every mujaahid who fought and got shahaada in the land of Shiishaan; Khattab, Abul Walid, Abu Jacfar, AbdulHalim Saidullayev etc and thousands more, May Allah reward all of them with best of His rewards.
By the way, I have once heard from one old chechnian lady that she met among the mujaahidiin two somalis who fought in Shiishaan. Have anyone heard something like that?
Now back to the topic:
On the contrary what the title of this topic says mujaahidiin and shuhadaa will get the best price there is. They are making the best cibaada in the world and if we make years of sawm and qiyaamul leyl we couldn't get the same ajar they get only in one day for fighting and dieing in the way of Allah.
What shahiid get as a gift from Allah SWT:
- He is forgiven all his sins at the first drop of his blood that comes out of his body.
- He will not feel the agony of death.
- He does not feel the pain of the killing except like that of a pinch.
- He is safe from the punishment of the grave.
- He sees his status in jannah.
- He will be safe from the great fear of the Day of Judgement.
- A crown of honour will be placed on his head.
- On Yowmal Qiyaama he will intercede on behalf of 70 members of his family.
- Allah will marry him to Xuur al Cayn.
